Right of withdrawal — 14 days (statutory)

Under EU consumer law (French Consumer Code art. L.221-18 ff.), you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Full refund (product + standard delivery) no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back. The withdrawal form is in our Terms of sale.

Every item is physically tested on the target device before entering the catalog.
If it still doesn't fit the model listed as compatible: return at our expense + full refund or priority exchange, your choice. No proof required, no debate.
