These terms apply to any consumer order placed on altikit.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. Sales to professionals are covered by separate quotations.
Products sold are third-party compatible accessories for the devices cited (DJI, Insta360, GoPro…), not manufactured by those brands. Essential characteristics, compatibility (compatible and non-compatible models) and price appear on each product page.
Prices in euros, all taxes included (French VAT), excluding delivery costs shown before checkout. The applicable price is the one displayed on the day of the order.
Payment in full at the time of order, by card via our secure payment provider (MyPos) or any other method offered at checkout. Orders are confirmed by email.
Areas: mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg. Dispatch within 24 working hours from our French stock; times and prices on the Shipping & returns page. If delivery is more than 7 days late versus the announced date, you may cancel and be fully refunded.
Under French Consumer Code art. L.221-18 ff., you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Notify us at sav@altikit.fr or use the model form below. Return the goods within 14 days of notification, in original packaging; return costs are borne by the customer. Full refund (including standard outbound delivery) no later than 14 days after we recover the goods. AltiKit commercial promise: this period is extended to 30 days (unused product, original packaging).
Model withdrawal form: "To DCA Distribution, 5 av. du Général de Gaulle, 94160 Saint-Mandé, France — I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract of sale of the following goods: [reference] — Ordered on [date] / received on [date] — Name, address, signature (if on paper), date."
All products carry the 2-year legal conformity warranty (Consumer Code art. L.217-3 ff.) and the hidden-defects warranty (Civil Code art. 1641 ff.), plus the AltiKit compatibility guarantee described on the Shipping & returns page.

Products must be used as intended and in accordance with the device manuals. AltiKit is not liable for damage resulting from non-compliant use (including breach of drone-flight regulations).
